Absolutely. Email wrangling is our jam. We’ll clean out clutter, set up folders, automations, and filters so your inbox actually works for you (not against you).

 

What platforms do you support for websites? Can you migrate my old site?
We use Wix for fresh builds, but we can help you migrate or improve an existing site from Squarespace, Weebly, WordPress, or wherever you started. We handle the tech so you don’t have to.

 

How much social media support can I get?
From a post a week to full daily management – you set the pace. We create content, schedule, monitor, and engage with followers to keep your brand looking active and approachable.

 

Do you provide Canva graphic design?
You bet. Canva’s our go-to for graphics, banners, flyers, and posts. If you need something fancy, we can work with your designer or create custom assets for you.

 

What business tasks do you handle?
Bookkeeping, client onboarding, invoicing, file organisation, appointment scheduling, data entry, process mapping, researching, minute-taking at virtual meetings – if it’s admin, we do it.

 

Do you offer client portal setup?
Yes! We can set up secure portals for you and your clients, making collaboration smooth and document sharing painless.

 

I’m worried about privacy. How do you keep my info safe?
We treat your data like gold – secure cloud storage, password best practices, and confidentiality as standard. Your info is never shared or sold.

What do I need to provide for a grant application?
Usually, your goals, project details, proof of legal status, supporting docs, and a brief write-up of your story. We’ll walk you through what’s needed and polish your submission.

Payment & Policies

How can I pay?
Bank transfer and card are the easiest. Just let us know your preference.

Is there a minimum job size?
No, we don’t believe in minimums. If you just need an hour of help, we’re happy to jump in.

Why do you round up by the hour?
It keeps things simple. Less faffing with half-hours, less confusion. You always know what you’re paying upfront.

What if I need more help than I planned?
We’re flexible. Let us know, we’ll adjust the plan and update the quote so you’re always clear.

When do I pay for a website build?
A 50% deposit gets us started, and the remainder on launch. If you change your mind pre-launch, you get half back (see terms for details).

 

Working Together

Can you work with my accountant or bookkeeper?
No worries. We’re used to collaborating with all sorts of pros – just pop us in touch and we’ll team up for you.

How do you keep projects on track?
We agree timelines up front, send regular updates, and communicate any hiccups early – keeping you in the loop is standard.

 

What if I don’t like something you’ve done?
We want you to be happy with everything we deliver. We offer reasonable revisions and adjustments up until you have formally signed off or confirmed that you are satisfied with the work. Once you have signed off, approved, or accepted a deliverable, the work is considered complete and final. At that point, we are unable to accommodate further changes or redos unless a new scope of work and quote is agreed upon. This ensures clarity, fairness, and respect for both your time and ours.

Can you rush a job for me?
Often, yes! Let us know if you’re in a hurry, and we’ll be upfront about what’s realistic.

Do you offer weekend or after-hours support?
Typically weekdays, but if you’ve got an emergency or something really urgent, give us a yell and we’ll do our best.

 

Technical Advice

Will my website update automatically with new trends?
We use modern templates and best practices, but digital trends move fast. Ongoing updates are available if you want us to keep your site fresh.

Can you fix my existing website without rebuilding it?
Often! We can refresh content, streamline navigation, update SEO, and tidy up the design before pitching a full rebuild.

 

How do you handle digital security?
We use strong passwords, two-factor authentication, secure cloud systems, and keep all software updated. Your business privacy is baked in.
